Plate in the Arched Leaf pattern. There is a border of 12 arch shaped leaves radiating from center. There is a row of dots between the bottom of the leaves and the center. The center has an interlaced design of arabesques surrounding a central circle of dots with one dot in the very center. The edge is scalloped and clear. The leaves have a design on the center and there is a dot separating every leaf around the outer edge.
