About this object
The seal is shaped like a slightly flattened urn with a pedestal foot. The sides are channeled, with the channeling curving slightly to the right. The cover is carved with acanthus leaves on the top dome. Below this is a band of scallops. The foot is also ribbed. The oval base is cut.
