About this object
The seal is carved in the form of a bust sized portrait of Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. He wears a buttoned frock coat and an ascot around his neck. He has large sideburns and short curly hair. He is looking slightly to the left. The pedestal foot is ribbed and the base is oval. The bust is engraved KA Piatnitskii (probably Konstantin Alexandrovich Piatnitskii).
