About this object
Carved coral art deco platinum ring from Cartier. The large cylindrical coral bead is carved with a repeating five petal floral motif. The piece is capped with a beveled onyx disc, accented by a ring of thirteen round melee diamonds, and finished with a rounded onyx cabochon at each end. The ornamentation rests on a triple wire platinum base wrapped at each end for stability and contrast.
