Man's waistcoat of blue and white striped satin-woven cotton. V-neckline with un-notched curved collar, and triangular hem. Darts at each front side bisect (functioning) slit-front pockets above the bust and at hips. Fastens at center-front with 3 pearl buttons. Fulling lined in cream twill-woven cotton, back panel of same plain cotton. Fastens at center-back with self-buckle.
