Rectangular hand carry case, brown alligator (?), leather exterior with brass hinge and brass feet at bottom, small oval latches at top, center square brass lock with latch, two topstitched allegator handles attached by brass brackets. Interior folds down into two compartmens in lid and bottom lined in black coated canvas (?). Each has interior lid that fastens with brass latches, tab at center to pull open. Lid interior lined in brown suede, series of rectangular and square compartments labeled with gold embossed lettering. Bottom interior lid lined in brown sued with two suede envelope style pockets with brown snaps labeled with adhesive applied twill tag handwritten "prescriptions" and concealed by flap; series of compartments each labled with a several removable components including a central tray with straps for holding bottles. One broken piece inside, three removable.
