About this object

Folding white ostrich feather fan with mother of pearl sticks, guards, and washer. The sticks are connected to one another by cream silk ribbon woven through cut outs in the sticks and are then attached to the guard via an adhesive. The head has a yellow metal pivot and loop with a cream silk bow tied to it made of 1 3/8” ribbon. (15 sticks and 2 gaurds).
