Rectangular, white, linen top sheet with scroll and fleur dis lis and crocket border on top hem. Four and a half inch lace insert with floral motif above hem with stripes of lace cut out on top and bottom of insert. Above lace insert is an embroidered crest with Spiritus gladius in bannerol below.
