Rectangular, sheer white, linen dresser scarf with appliquéd border in a wave pattern. Two inches above the border is a cutwork line running parallel. Pairs of appliquéd leaves/scrolls running along side. At the center of the cutwork line, on each side, at the center two appliquéd squares - with one on top of the other (closer to the hem). Each corner has an appliquéd square surrounded by 4 leaves. At the center of the scarf is an embroidered crest and motto, spiritus gladius, in a banner.
