Bow-shaped original dark blue moiré ribbon, badge is suspended from gilt metal loop. Gilt metal and black enameled imperial eagle topped by a gilt and red enameled imperial crown, between the crown and the eagle are gilt crossed swords entwined with a dark blue enameled ribbon, in the center of the Russian eagle's breast is a gilt red enameled white edged ball tipped Maltese cross with gilt flames between the arms. Affixed to the center of the Maltese cross is a gilt and white enamelled crowned Polish eagle.
