About this object
Eight pointed silver star with graduated rays. In center is a red gold, possibly copper, medallion enameled in blue with the motto in red gold/copper letters. Motto is spelled wrong in Cyrillic. In center is a black enameled imperial eagle without crowns with a small un-enameled X-shaped cross on its breast. There is an imperial crown above the eagle and the eagle appears to be resting on a part of the globe.
