About this object
Badge in shape of Russian double-headed eagle topped by the cleft crown. Entire surface is covered with diamonds. Between the two small crowns on the eagle's heads is a single large diamond. Superimposed is the X shaped cross of St. Andrew in blue enamel, with the almost nude figure of the saint in natural flesh tones. Four letters in gold, SAPR, appear at ends of the four arms of the cross. On back is a loop in gold.
