About this object

Silver oval Greek cross with large oval central medallion. The center in silver gilt contains P/X for Christos Rex in between the Greek letters Alpha and Omega. Around the medallionon a gilt buckled garter is an inscription in Cyrillic "For Zion's sake I will not be silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not be quite." (Isaiah 62: 1-5) Reverse side has an inscription as well: "May you be blessed by the God of Zion and may you see the blessings of Jerusalem." Badge is suspended from a silk moiré neck cravat, light blue with a red stripe toward the edge.
