With swords, with ribbon. For Battle near Lemberg, May 1915, awarded to donor, second class. Gold cross pattée with swords and scrollwork between the arms. Arms are red enamel. Obverse central medallion shows image of Saint Anna in colors. reverse shows cipher of Saint A.J.P.F. in blue on white enamel. Suspended from correct hanging loop and neck cravatt of St. Anna ribbon, red edged yellow.
