Star in diamonds of First Class. In center is the Russian imperial eagle in enamel affixed to a gold ground, indicating it was made for one who was not member of Russian Orthodox Church. This is encircled by diamonds. Then there is a band with an abbreviation. This is on a red enameled ground and is also encircled with diamonds and above is the Russian imperial crown in diamonds. Rays of star in eight clusters are set with diamonds.
