Gold cross pattée with red outlined black enameled arms. Gold crossed swords pass beneath central medallion. Obverse has ermine mantle with saint's initials CB. Reverse has date order founded 22 September 1782 in Cyrillic. Both are against black enameled ground. Ribbon is silk moiré with pleated bow knot for valor.
