Dark red enamel Maltese cross, with edges outlined in gold. Between the angles of the arms of the cross are golden open worked scrolls that look identical from front and from reverse side. In the center is a circular medallion of white enamel on which is portrayed the standing figure of St. Anne between two trees and mountains on the background. On the reverse, also white enamel, is a crowned monogram.
