About this object
Order of the 4th class. Gold rimmed red enamel cross. Just inside the gold rim is a narrow black enameled gold rimmed band. Center round medallion is black enamel and portrays the Imperial Russian Mantle with the initials of the Saint in the center. The Mantle is topped by a crown. On the reverse side of the badge is the date of the founding of the order, September 22, 1782 in Cyrillic.
