Base metal table medallion. Obverse has profile of Nicholas I facing right crowned with laurels surrounded by his titles in Latin. Reverse has Latin inscription praising General Count Ivan Dibitch-Zabalkansky for his victory at Shumba in the Russo-Turkish War 1828-1829, surrounded by a laurel wreath.
