Circular silver medal (possibly re-strike from a coin of the period) center bears monogram of Catherine II and date 1777 surrounded by two laurel branches tied with a bow and topped by imperial crown. Reverse is blank, soldered with loop at top. Ribbon is teal blue and yellow edged white center divided by two white and two black stripes.
