Eight pointed silver gilt star with beaded edging on the rays in the center of which is a white enameled edged red cross pattée with flames between the arms of the cross and a silver gilt rosette in the center. A royal blue enameled band bearing a Latin Motto in silver gilt letters surrounds the central medallion.
