Equal armed gilt cross the arms divided into equal rectangles of black and white. Upper arm has cipher of Nicholas II on left, Alexander II on right. Center is black enamel circle with raised gilt Lithuanian horseman above which are three shooting stars (incorrect should be constellation of little dipper). The square is filled in by gilt sunburst rays.
