About this object
The triangular-shaped diamond at the center of the brooch was taken from a ring belonging to Marjorie Post.
The brooch is composed of one triangular diamond, fourteen marquise diamonds, and ten pear-shaped diamonds mounted in platinum. The triangular-shaped diamond in the center is mounted in a raised setting. Marquise and pear-shaped diamonds radiate out from the center. The brooch is outfitted on the back so that two pear-shaped diamond drops can be attached to it.
