About this object
The necklace is composed of four strands of cultured pearls attached to an elaborate diamond and platinum Art Deco style clasp. The necklace features 188 pearls, 408 diamonds in the clasp, and 140 diamonds in the tassels. The clasp has an intricate design of seven interlocking sections. The three semicircular sections on each side are pavé set with diamonds and enhanced with baguette-cut diamond 'spokes.' The central arrow-shaped section features pavé-set and baguette-cut diamonds. It is also mounted at each end with a large round diamond. Seven tassels with round diamonds extend from the clasp.
