The brooch is shaped like a lovers knot. It is set with seed pearls and turquoise. The pearls are mixed with the turquoise pieces along the strands of the loops. The knot has three loops, formed like a clover. From the loops drape the two ends of the "ribbon." There is a large pearl set in the center. The pin is attached to the back across two of the loops. There are small rhinestones along the sides of the pearls and turquoise.
