LONGCASE CLOCK

About this object
At the top of the clock are two scrolls ending in brass rosettes. There is a pilaster with brass capitals at either side of the face. The face is engraved with a fleur-de-lis design. In the arch above the face is an engraved medallion depicting Father Time with a scythe. The four corners around the face are filled with brass ornament in relief. The works have been removed. The case is made from mahogany. The door in the central part of the clock has an arched top and the keyhole is to the left side. The bottom pedestal has steps at the top and bottom.
