About this object

On slanted fluting are vrious colored flowers in filigree enamel on a gilt stippled ground. There is a decoration of formal flowers on most of the other surfaces. Centers of the flowers are cabochons, one in blue, one in green, one in red, etc. against a blue grey background. Interior is gilt.
