The rectangular plaquette has the two upper corners cut off. In low relief on the front is a scene with Pierrot and Columbine kissing. Pierrot stands on the left and leans over with ihs right arm behind his back. His left hand holds a large bow in front of him. He faces Columbine who stands on the right. She also leans forward with her right arm behind her and her left hand reaching towards Pierrot.
