About this object
Main part of vase made from pieces of lapis lazuli, except for some channeling on the lower part and turning around the neck, the lapis lazuli portion of the vase is undecorated. About the base in gilt bronze is a wreath of laurel leaves and a row of beads. The gilt bronze handles end in leaves and berries. The top and cover is surmounted by a pine cone.
