Decoration of neo-empire and second rococo. Main section is channeled base. Latter rests on an intermediary section with engraved palmettes and other motifs. This rests on a rectangular plinth with four winged lion's feet. at top of column is a single bobèche in center and four arms around it with a single bobèche with palmettes and other motifs.
