About this object

The finial is a bunch of white porcelain flowers and brass leaves. The upper shaft is in the form of a stem with clusters of leaves and berries, mid-way is another bunch of white porcelain flowers in a basket. The lower shaft is a fluted column, the round brass base has recessed lozenges containing leaves and berries with a wreath at the edge, all on a white marble base. The shade is pleated pink silk georgette covered with lace.
