About this object

The outside of the tumbler is covered with Oriental figures in repousse. In the center on a throne is an Oriental potentate. On either side of him are two rows of people, mostly facing in the direction of the potentate. There is a horse underneath his throne. There is a dancer on the other side. Base is modern replacement.
