At tip of the silver handle is a flower labeled Blue Bonnet, the state seal with a five point star and the word TEXAS. Then there is a Long Horn and below him a cotton plant. Gilt bowl is nielloed Post City. On back is a small version of the state seal, the State Capitol, Austin, the University of Texas.
