On tip of handle is a coat of arms labeled WYOMING. A tepee, next some cattle and along the handle, WYOMING in relief. In the bowl is a low relief of a cowboy lassoing a bull labeled: OUT ON THE PLAINS CHEYENNE. On back is the American coat of arms, two crossed American flags, and the name Adelaide in script.
