The silver rim is engraved with minute cross-hatching. At each corner is a diagonal band where sides and bottom meet. A single red glass star bearing a hammer and sickle is in the center of the top of the frame. Holds a formal seated portrait of Polina Zhemchuzhina, wife of Viacheslav Molotov, with a dedicatory inscription to Mrs. Post.
