About this object

On plain top is an applied gilt panel containing a photograph of the Sea Cloud. On each side is a blue cabochon stone within an abstract tree like motif. Corners of the box are rounded. Box rests on two narrow, rectangular plaques of lapis lazuli at either end. Lined in wood. In Art Deco style.
