The bowl of the ashtray is in hand hammered silver. In the bottom of the tray is a silver medal with St. George and the Dragon on the obverse inscribed S. Georgivs - Equitvm - Patronivs and on the reverse a ship at sea in a tempest inscribed In-Tempestate-Secritas.
