On obverse are a series of imperial portrait heads, Peter the Great in the center with Catherine II, Paul I, ALexander I, Nicholas I and Alexander II around him-all being inscribed with their names. On reverse is a view of St. Isaac's Cathedral, as seen from the Square and an inscription. Celebrates completion of St. Isaac's Cathedral.
