About this object

The ornament is an oblong shape within an openwork frame of carving. The carving shows two dragons who face each other at the top. Both sides are carved in low relief. One side is carved with a figure of a boy with bare feet and holding over his head a curved branch or vine. On the other side is a monky like figure.
