About this object

Figurine is carved from jade which has faint tinge of lavender and has touches of green. It shows a woman turning to the left and raising her arms while holding a scarf. The scarf and the skirt of her dress is blowing in the wind. She has an elaborate haristyle which is upswept. Her head is lowered and she looks over her back. The base is in teak inlaid with a metal wire.
