The flattened ovate bottle is carved in high relief with a pattern of flowering trees. The carving extends around the bottle with branches, stems, flowers, and leaves carved in a continuous frieze. The malachite cap is also carved in relief with a bird under a flowering branch. The spoon is made of gold.
