About this object

One piece afternoon or tea dress built on an interior lawn bodice and skirt. The dress itself has a wide circular collar with banded insets of spotted tulle laid over pink silk ribbon. The skirt consists of three bands of tulle and ribbon, giving the illusion of seperate tiers. The ribbons are used to close the garment at center front. A ribbon sash at mid waist is decorated with four flat bows.
