Flounce in Brussels applique; bobbin lace motifs applied to machine net with needle lace fillings and areas of point de gaze mesh. Repeating small bouquet with dots sprinkled on upper edge of flounce. Border of medium flowers with straight stripes and figure 8 motif alternating with rectangular insets with a bobbin pansy set in needle mesh. Somewhat yellowed.
