The compartment at the front has a velvet pin cushion embroidered in silver Felicie and below a secret section. At the left is a silver candlestick and at the right a silver bell. The bell has a heart shape at the top formed by two scrolls. This rests on a ball of silver which is attached to the top of the bell.
