The rectangular base is decorated with flowers in relief and rests on rococo feet. The edge has a rococo design in gold and blue. Blue flowers are painted in the center of the base. The upper section has a palm tree in the center with a young woman and a young man chasing each other around it. The top i an openwork basket with a metal liner.
