About this object

The ground is white. At the top is a band of dots in gold, then a chain in gold with another near the bottom. In the middle is a band enclosed in gold ropes with plain apple green panels alternating with three blue medallions, two enclosing anchors, one the Imperial orb. On top of the handle is the cipher A for Alexander II.
