The ground is dark blue, in the center on a white ground is a crowned monogram LP for Louis Philippe sorrounded by a spray of laurel and another of oak, flanked by two putti, the one on the left carrying a blue ribbon, the one in the right carrying a pink ribbon, all this framed by rococo leaves and flowers in gold, the scalloped edge has a vine scroll in gold with ivy leaves.
