The ground is white. Around the top and bottom edges of the cup and the edge of the saucer is a blue and white striped band entwined by a plain gold ribbon, on both the cup and the saucer are two rows of curving green palm fronds intersecting with gold leaf sprays, the space between every other pair of fronds is covered with small circles of red dots.
