Blue silk velvet and chiffon evening dress. Bodice with short capped sleeves, front and back sweetheart necklines, and a center-back zipper. Full skirt of gradient shades of blue in scallop shapes beginning at the waist, then extending to the hemline in vertical panels. The effect is achived by alternating panels; the first of silk velvet, the second of three layers of silk chiffon, then two layers, then a final single layer for the fourth panel. Interior bodice boned with silk taffeta lining; skirt is lined with silk chiffon, taffeta and organdy.
