Black wool with vertical blue, white, green stripes. Blue double machine chainstitch interspersed with stripes. Eleven in. black, belted wool applied at bottom. Top of band is pinked. Multicolor floral band hand embroidered vine with silver sequins and glass beads. Skirt curtain pleated into flat cotton binding. Closed in center back with metal zipper and hook and bar.
